Sycamore Springs is a beautiful, well kept property. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but is still convenient to just about anything you can think of. Most importantly, it offers a very nice apartment at a very reasonable price. The residents that live there are neighborly and friendly. You feel very much a part of a community. Both the office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We have really enjoyed the three years we lived here, and are only leaving to buy a home. I have read the other reviews, and have a bit of advice regarding what they say. The new manager is a bit rough, both to residents and her staff, but under most circumstances you would not need to deal with her anyway. This property has two assistant managers, both of which are awesome! If you have a problem, just deal with one of them! The leasing girls are very helpful as well, and if they cannot help you, they will refer you to one of the assistants before you would have to speak with the manager. It would be a terrible shame to miss out on such a great place just because of what you've read about the manager. Look at the BIG picture!
