I have lived here for 9 months now and the biggest problem has been parking. The spaces are mainly compact and noone drives a compact car anymore. I have requested several times they re-paint the lines, but to no avail. Maintenance has always come right away on the few calls that I have had. I do agree that there is substantail noise out on the grounds, especially the garbage pickup sooo early in the morning even on weekends. Also, the watering is an issue. There is water in the parking lot just about every day! However the space and apartment itself is very nice and staff is ver friendly.
