I have never lived in an apartment that I just loved until I moved here. I work downtown, so my commute sucks, but it's worth it to me. It's generally pretty quiet around, even with my apartment overlooking the pool (granted, my bedroom faces the other direction, but I've rarely heard anything noise if I'm up in the living room). The grounds are kept up very nicely, and I've never felt unsafe (single gal living my myself). I rented a carport, but I can see in places where parking is bad. I originally signed a 10-month lease, and recently resigned a 13-month lease. The rates are super-affordable for the amount of space you get.
