Living here is about what you expect - it's rather cheap so you get what you're paying for:
- Don't expect any luxuries
- Neighbors can be noisy
- Apartments are old
- Traffic noise..not from Parmer but people driving over speedbumps with their pickups throughout the night. This was actually so bad that our one-year old didn't sleep for the first week --> Living H*LL.

I agree with previous reviewers comments that the management SUCKS. Our realtor was promised a $250 referral fee which STILL hasn't been paid (we lived there for 4 months and moved out 2 months ago). These guys are not in any kind of hurry to pay that regardless of constant calls from me and my realtor...=(
