My wife and I lived here approx. 18 mo. I can't complain about anything except the parking. When they repainted the lines in the lot, it's as if they added an additional spot. Now even compact cars are basically door to door. If you value your paint job, you may want to reconsider especially if you own anything bigger than a GEO Prism. Other than that I can't complain. Also, if you get home later in the evening and don't have a reserved spot, plan on parking pretty far from your building unless you get lucky and stumbel on one. I don't understand why these complexes don't have more parking spaces. They build hundreds of these units, but don't take into consideration that the average family has 2 vehicles. Do the math and build less units per parking available. It's that simple. Don't be greedy and squeeze us in like sardines in a can.
