I have been living here for four months.
The whole time I have lived here I have felt unsafe and unhappy.
The parking lot and apartment stairs are not well lit.
Someone has tried kicking my door in at 3 am.
I have to carry a basball bat at night while walking my dog because I do not feel safe. There have been several cars broken into during the time I have lived here.
If you are a single female or if your husband or boyfriend is gone often I beg you please do not live here.

The office staff is rude and do not care about anything other than money.
On one occasion I payed the rent on time and there was a mistake at the fault of the bank. I was not notified by the office until the 26th. Although I had turned in the check on the 1st when it was due. Needless to say I had to come up with a large sum of money quickly. Even though everything was set right the office staff never apologized for their rude behavior. The very next month I decided to pay online. The first payment I sent I made an error by writing the wrong amount. There for the payment was with drawn by me. Shortly after I reposted the correct payment. Three days later I recived a notice of non payment. When I called the office to inquire I recived a very rude response. I quickly pointed out the confrimation number I had and solved the problem. Once again I did not hear an apology for the mistake they had made or for their rude behavior.

Also I strongly suggest that no one ask packages to be sent here.
The packages always seem to be tampered with and on one occasion I have had one stolen.

Thats crazy. We are planning to move in here soon, I generally dont like apartments just because I get stereotyped alot by these places. At my current Class A apartment in round rock, I always get weird looks because I guess people dont think I can afford to live there,plus im young (22). Anyways, as for someone trying to kick in my door, that'll be the last thing they ever do. I really do like the Sycamore springs property though, plus the price cant be beat for what my wife, newborn, and I are looking for!

That's such bull...I've been here for three years and there have only been TWO cars broken into. Not to mention I walk my dog every night around the complex and there are no "suspicious" characters strolling around. Most of the time they are the average teen having a laugh...Not in a pranking manner either. People like you need to stick to more conservative areas like Lago Vista or Lakeway. It's an apartment complex...not some uppercrust condo community.
