I have lived in Sycamore Springs for 4.5 years now. It's not a bad place, but not great either. The only problem I've really had out of them was one time I had a massive hole on the ceiling in my patio. I mean huge! It took them 6 weeks to fix it. I had to ask 7 times. The staff isn't very friendly either, although a couple of them are. I caught one of the staff members trying to get into my apartment once. I had a package and she was going to let herself in to my place without my permission and put it on my counter. That was rather disturbing and inaapropriate just to come in. Compared to other places I have lived I would rate them about average.
