I have lived here for three years now. Moved through three apartments of this complex and have loved every minute of it. Sure you get the occasional upstairs neighbor who falls/stomps on the floor, but that's just apartment living. The rooms are big enough to fit all of your stuff and then some. Even in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment. Every time something breaks or I have to get a service done in my apartment they don't take more than two days, unless it's an emergency (leaks in the water heater, plumbing problems, a/c broken, etc..) then they take less than an hour to come out and fix the problem. It's beyond helpful. Whenever I have to go to the front office there are nothing but kind faces. The owner of the building may look deterring, but she's very friendly and is usually the most helpful in getting things done. A few times I've had to be late on my rent. If I let them know how long it will be before I get paid, they normally will extend my time to put in a check and wave any fees. For those who are giving terrible reviews for this place, you were probably approaching things in a frustrated and horrible manner. As long as I'm polite and keep the front office informed, they are very quick and kind. I've never had anyone lease a disgusting apartment. They were always clean or being cleaned the day I signed my leases. I have no problem whatsoever with this place. The buildings are nice, the courtyards are great for letting your dog run around in and the pool area is splendid.

I highly suggest this place to any new renter. If you go through a leasing agent, like I did. You get somewhat of a discount on your first month's rent. This place is a steal and I plan on living here until I can afford a home.

I'd say this reviewer has GOT TO BE joking...Sycamore Springs is one step above a trailer park!
