- Front gate occasionally does not work.
- You have to buy your own gate opener if you don't want to use the card that opens the door... Which also opens the fitness center so if you want to use the fitness center you can't leave it in your car.(What is the point of that card anyway' Its easier to just type it into the number pad because then you don't have to dig through your wallet to get your card, which like I said before you can't leave in your car if you use the fitness center at all.
- In order to get out of the front gate, your car has to almost be touching the gate before it will open.
- The elliptical trainer in the front office fitness center makes very annoying very loud squealing noises.
- Secondary TV in front office fitness center does not work.
- One of the treadmills in the front office fitness center needs to be adjusted, but never will be. (It is dangerous to use.)
- Fitness center gets blistering hot during the day in the summer.
- No fans in the fitness center except ceiling fans that are set on low and can not be adjusted.
- Business center is non-existant because it is never actually open.
- You can hear everything above you.
- Jacuzzi in the back pool doesn't work.
- Jacuzzi in the front pool is set way to hot.
- Some nights the pool doesn't close, some nights the guy that closes it will close it way early and kick you out... You never know.
- A few of the sprinklers are broken and flood areas.
- Late night parking is terrible.. One night my girlfriend spent twenty minutes looking for a spot, before finally deciding to park -outside- the gate and walking to the apartment from there.
- Wiring in the apartments is bad. My bathroom lights will occasionally loose connection and the lights will turn out while I am in the shower. Very annoying.
- No ceiling fan in living room quarters.

Amen to the noise issues. The walls and ceilings are as thin as paper. I can be in my bathroom and hear my next door neighbor's conversations...it all comes through the air vent. And the management doesn't give a rats ass!
