We got a good deal on our lease, as far as price goes, but the staff in the office is less than attentive and there are major parking issues; so much that there have been many mornings in which I've been unable to get in my driver's side door without hitting the car next to me and then it's a good thing I'm not overweight. The spaces are ridiculously small and my car (a mid-sized car at best) has been hit multiple times by my neighbors who are also trying to just find a place to park by their building without having to walk half a mile. And the staff is the least professional leasing staff I have had the opportunity to deal with. I'm very disappointed with these things in particular. But, I guess we are at least saving money for the time-being.
