First, disregard my rating. Second, read some truth.
Last week, I checked this site, and looked into another thread, which really talks some bad things about Talavera. After less than one week, when I tried to check it back, I found the other thread was automatically directed to this single five-start rating one. Isn't that amazing or scaring'

There are quite a few of ratings, and now they are all gone! Simply because there are some negatives!
Dude, when you check apartmentratings on this site, be aware, and use your own judgement. I've been noticing this for a while. The site can remove the bad reviews, and now they found a better way by just masking the bad thread and creat a better looking one. That's genius!
