Two days ago(06/03/09), at nite I spotted a big roach(water bug) in my apartment, the next morning I called the office to sent out the maintenance guy to come check out my room where I spotted it. He looked at my apt real quickly and stated nothing was there. He stated he had a busy schedule and if I spotted it again to call him. Well I just got a friend to come over and he killed it for me. At first, I was like it is just one roach. Well yesterday(06/04/09) I get up to feed my baby(5weeks old)in the living room and there is another big roach. So this morning(06/05/09) at 8:41 I called the office again and asked to have an exterminator come out because I have a 5 week old baby and I do not want roaches around me or him. She told me that the pest control people will come out on Wednesday and that's all they can do. She just told me to go buy bug spray and to call the office on Tuesday to remind them to have the pest control people to come to my apartment. Wow, this is some wonderful Customer Service!!! I let my neighbor know down below, to be on the lookout for roaches in their apartment as well. I never really had a problem here but I guess when you finally do, don't expect the greatest customer service, especially when you have to remind them to have someone to check your apartment.
