Talavera Apartment Homes

 

I've lived here for a few years and have to say this is one of the better apartments out there.

The apartments as well as the grounds are nice and well kept although during the summer the pool isn't always clean but they've got a nice bbq area and plenty of chairs and stuff to relax (if the office staff is reading this you might want to see about keeping the pool a little cleaner, kinda gross having to swim in a pool with leaves and cigarette butts).

Greg the office manager is pretty good about resolving any issues we may have and I think goes out of his way to get things done as does Chris who is the absolute greatest when it comes to apartment office staff, the assistant mgr (think her name is Mari) could be a little nicer but 2 out of 3 isn't bad.

Maintenance is pretty good about fixing any issues.

As far as noise and neighbors go the walls aren't sound proof and I can hear my neighbors talking and their t.v.'s blaring but that's to be expected when you live in an apartment.

The complex itself is really quiet but like I said you CAN hear your neighbors.

Location is great and one of the best things about living here.

Walmart's across the street and there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

Super Target and Lakeline mall are both 2 minutes away and other than the construction on Lake Creek Pkwy access to everything is pretty easy.

Overall I'd say this is a great place to live and would recommend it
