I have been living here for last couple of years and the only reason is it is near to my office.
But, i have been facing bitter experinces time to time.

You have call and walk-in multiple times to get your maintenance services done.

Especially for bigger itmes like washer/drier, oven etc.

It is really bad experience.
Also, they have lot biosed decisions, while renewal of your lease they allow lot of bargains which generally I do not like.

they do not offer common guidelines across.

Rents will differe apartment to apartment (of same size and same facitlities), they offer same price sometimes when you bargain with good skill or with a vacation notice:-).
Gates will be always opened, they get auto lockec once in quarter may be.
It is not a good apartments to stay longer durations (may be good for first comers for first initial stay only).

It seems as though you are Indian and you don't like to bargain???? Right !! And if you did not like the apartments that you live in why did you transfer to another apartment in the same community??
