I am just so happy that I was able to find this place via a referral from a friend who lives in a house down the street.



If we ever have a problem with anything, Jules has the maintenance personnel over immediately. She herself has come over to fix a corky in the toilet.



Both Jules and Sue have been very friendly and helpful. The only way that the apartment could be better is if they came over and cooked and cleaned for us.



I recommend Tallwood to everyone I talk to.



My mom visited in August and December. She said that this was the best apartment that I have ever lived. My mom (her fault) had a fall and Jules and Sue helped her out and called me.



Definitely check Tallwood out. It may be an older complex, but it is nicely set up and is a steal for the size apartment you get and all the ameninities (paid water, gas, trash, etc,..).



I think that the other negative comments in the reviews are from previous management and do NOT reflect the current staff and owners.
