I really enjoy this place. Management and maintenace work together and stuff gets fixed in a timely fashion. They have a security officer, and APD officer that lives there that walks the grounds ocassionally. The maintenance crew is very nice and is always on site fixing things here and there, you can always flag them down and talk to them about individual needs. the apartment was very clean when we moved in. Any time we walk into the office for anything, even just to turn in rent, management is very friendly and asks if we need anything specific for our apt. I love the floor plans. It is an older complex but it is well kept and management really does care.
