I was going to write a review about how sometimes the maint. is kinda crappy but that I had never had an issue that Sue or Jules didn't go to bat for me and get it fixed. But in the week it took me to get back here to post....the apartments were sold! Now I consider myself an average easy going person. It wasn't that I really knew Sue and Jules all that well...but I enjoyed chatting w/them when I dropped off my rent and appriciated the little things that came along with them in the office. For example I left for vacation a in July to see my family and called from the airport and told Jules I left my AC on and would be gone for over a week...she ran down and turned it off. And maybe that's common, I haven't lived in many apartments. I also had that plastic piece in my toilet break a few months ago and maint. didn't come down to fix it that day or the next (i have 2 toilets)but when I called back up to ask about it Jules came down after work and replaced it for me. Anyway this is getting too long. What I wanted to say the girl they have in the office now IS NOT NICE. I went to drop off my rent and she was SOOO rude! Maybe I'll be back in a few months saying I was wrong...but I sure don't think so. If first impressions are anything I can't wait for my lease to be up!!!
