Notices being sent out about new furnaces being put in lead me to beleive that we will soon have electric furnaces instead of the current gas type. It's true the old furnaces should go but I doubt we are getting new ones for any reason other than to stop us from getting paid heat. Also, it's been said that we are getting "new appliances" which i beleive will mean electric stoves. Once again, savings for Tallwood, shaft to the residents. The way it was presented to me upon move in was "we pay gas for cooking, heating" that is what I was told. If anyone has had any of these things installed yet and knows better, feel free to let the world know here.
