I have lived here through several different managements and I think anyone else who has done the same would agree with my statement when I say "Kudos to Jules and her mom" (Sorry I can't remember her name). The place is looking so much better. They are putting new boards on the buildings and there are sprinkler systems now. I think the best thing about this place is the LOCATION...that is the main reason I have never moved. Now that they are making the place look newer I'm here to stay. I really like the fact that either the managers own the community (or their family does..I'm not sure which). There is no large management company. They are really laid back and nice, or at least I think so.
