I have lived here for several years and would move except for the convenience to my work. I have not found the new management to be responsive to maintenance or other issues. We, all the tennants in the building, have had rodent problems and hot water problems that have remained unresolved for two years. Some parts of the building are in such ill repair I believe them to be a safety hazard. There is little landscaping done by the management though a number of tennants have worked to beautify their surrounding grounds.
