Alright, let's get real here everyone. I have been here years. I moved in when Sue and Jules were here. Are you serious about them being great' Did you ever meet them' Apparently not. If you were on their "favorite" list, you got your stuff fixed. If you weren't, tough s*** for you. Wait months to get your stuff fixed. I love it here. Even more now that Amy is here. She is awesome!! She works with you. Things get fixed. The maintenance is really quick at fixing things, and competent, not compared to the shabby job that took months to get fixed before. So we suffered through the construction, it looks so much better now, get over it already. Open your eyes and see the beautiful homes that we have now.

Now I have one thing to complain about. Amy's first assistant Chad. He was a rude idiot who did not care about any of us. Thank God he is gone!! BUT have you met her new assistant' She is awesome. She is just like Amy, nice, caring, and easy to work with.

Oh BY THE WAY the washers and dryers are now fixed. Get a life, and enjoy the beautiful place Amy has created for all of us!!!

Ok. The washer/dryer situation is perpetually (for Amy & Rhea that means "all the time") terrible. As of today (1/19/06) there are at least 2 dryers that don't work....and that's out of 6, and at least 1 of 5 washers out of commission!
