I just wanted to say that Amy Rizzuto is the best property manager i have ever encountered. I have been renting apartments in Texas since 1984. I have never experienced a more considerate and involved property manager. Anytime I had a problem with any maintenance, it was addressed immediately. She was always available and courteous. The only thing keeping her down was her former co-worker Chad. He was a very rude and obnoxious person. I hated dealing with his attitude so much that one day I finally called him on it. I really like Rhea, her new co-worker. I think that with Amy's leadership, they will make a very good team. I also wanted to comment on the fact that Amy handled the renovation very smoothly. I am so impressed with the results. All of my friends couldn't believe the difference. I truly believe that she was the anchor that kept all the work groups going.

Leadership? Maybe if she's leading the charge to get people to want to move out of the complex...

I agree with texasjim76. I think they're trying to push people out so they can raise the rent on all the apartments. They're run-down inside. I think this post was posted by Rhea, the other apartment manager.
