The management is nice when you are looking for a place and they stay friendly but are clear that their business is more important than your happiness or satisfaction.

Work orders often have to be placed on multiple occasions and the office does not follow-up on complaints.

While I know there have been cars broken into on the "back" side of the property, there are cars broken into everywhere in Austin.

The neighbors here are nice and the trees and shade are beautiful.

The management does keep raising rent and changed the utility billing to double my bill. They also allowed the laundry room subcontractors to raise the prices of the machines.

The management will not allow anyone to take over your lease. Basically if they don't get an exceptional amount of money out it, they don't care.


Basically, it is a nice neighborhood in spite of the poor/uncaring management and maintenance.
