I lived here with my two girls and it was a nice space for us. The electricity bills were very low and the walls are not paper thin like at some places. I never heard any neighbor noise. There are a lot of kids here in the 3rd to 7th grade age range and sometimes they are a little loud but they are in the house by 9pm -just ask to not live where the grassy common area is if you want to avoid the kids - otherwise very quite. Nice pool. Amy is really great very reasonable - lives on site. The neighbors are VERY friendly and nice and try and get to know everyone. Felt very safe here. Great location to 183 and mopac. Wood flooring is nice upgrade - it is a an older aparment but great space for the location and rent.
