I encountered problems the first week we moved in . The air conditioner was old and needed to be replace but maintenance kept trying to fix it-the cheap way ! They finally replaced it after it broke down 3 times in one month . The plumbing is also bad . You have HOT water one moment and COLD water the next . Sometimes one shower would just drip water instead of comming out in a shower fashion . The washers and dryers they provided were always breaking down. You either had to wait for thoughtless neighbors to come pick up their clothes from the ones that did work or go to a washerteria on your own. We were glad to move out when we finally did .
