You really get what you pay for. It's in a decent, peaceful neighborhood. The parking lot is large, but it's in constant need of repair. There are several potholes, loose gravel, uneven pavement. The apt. construction is poor. None of the walls are straight. They slope and so does the floor. There are a lot of trashy people living here. Management is somewhat unresponsive. They always tell you they will take care of problems, but they don't. There are always a lot of car break-ins. The parking lot is poorly lit. If you're looking for a cheap place to live, it's Ok, but if you can afford better, then definitely avoid this place.
