Godawful Experience

This has been an 18-month hell-hole. Cabinets in kitchen slope to middle, overblown rent, 3 apts. destroyed by fire last spring still not repaired. My washer hose broke on 11/8/01 and flooded my apt. and 2 others and they are trying to make me pay over $1800 in repairs....while making a claim to their insurance company. Do you smell insurance fraud' The company they use to do repair to apt. is owned by the property manager's ------- - do you smell "conflict of interest"'
