Very good place to live-- nice staff

I have lived here for almost a year, and I am about to move out for job related reasons, but if it wasn't for that, I'd stay. This place is inexpensive, moderately well kept, and overall a nice place to live. I love the staff-- there is very little staff changeover. I've come to know all of the staff members on a first name basis.
