This place is very trashy. Outside everything is filthy and the paint on the 2nd and 3rd level staircases are chipped and ugly. They only painted the first level for the inspection. The hot tub has not been working since June. They tell all prospective residents that they are going to make a workout facility, but it is a lie. One staff member is very rude to the residents. I have mold in my ac vents, the sink and toilet leaks, the molding on the tub has gaps, the AC does not cool all rooms, the front door has a 1 1/2 inch gap at the bottom, the patio needs new deck boards. There is a registered female child molester living there.
