The Leasing Staff is very rude, not the smartest of people and very unorganized.
The maintenance men remind me of three stooges. They like to throw stuff off the balcony when cleaning out vacated apartments. Various objects including old furniture, old appliances, and pretty much anything else they can find to throw off. The only reason I mention this is because they seem to get a very big kick out of it, and I saw these guys dropping an old stove off a three story balcony crushing a shrub bellow... The sick thing is I heard a cat scream and then saw it run out of the bush bellow, and the cat did not look like it was ok.
Also there is a large amount of people here who own dogs, and for some reason these dogs like to crap! The thing is the owners do not pick the crap up so its extremely impossible to walk through any grassy area without having to dance & dodge trying to move around dog crap do yourself a BIG favor and ...

its not as bad as this person puts it. and trust me i have lived in bad places. the maintenance team however are better than they make them appear they showed up at my apartment at 2 oclock am to fix my breaker burn out it took them 3 hours to fix,if you can find people to help you fix a ploblem at 2am then i stand mistaken becuase nobody else does that they usally wait till the next day. this team works very well. and the staff on a number of accasions have helped me out of a bind, they are not stuckup or rude. they are down to earth people. it pays to be nice.
