i moved here because of the nice location (feels like a neighborhood), and the good price (though a bit old). the office staff is very rude, i have to say (especially ----). they just seem like they're 'out to get you'. there are ticks in the bushes around the apts, and even though i have told the office, a few time, they are yet to do anything about it. my master bedroom toliet hasnt worked the whole time ive been here, even though i have had them look at it about 5 times. the cops are around here at least once a week. overall; this is a great place to live as long as you dont want or need anything.

The cops are around at least once a week because they are courtesy officers and protect the residents.
