It's okay

I've lived at this Community since Oct 2007 and so far it's been okay. The parking at my specific building is pretty good. I've only had to park on the other side of the lot once. As of a few weeks ago they started this new thing where you can reserve parking and that's been kind of annoying. The spots that are marked as reserved are never used so it's been a little harder to find parking. As far as office staff goes, I personally have never had to deal with anyone who was rude. The girls that work in the office have always been polite and I can always get my packages right when they arrive. The only down side of that is that you have to kind of know when you're package is due to arrive becuase they will not send a notice to advise you that they have it. The neighborhood is really nice and it's conveniently located. I'm currently leasing a 1-1 which is about 700 sqft and the size is perfect for two people. The bedroom is a decent size but the closet could be a bit bigger. Now for the bad. The walls are horribly thin which is not something I could have known until moving in. I can hear our neighbors shower through the walls, and I can also hear our upstairs neighbor walking around. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to the younger crowd beacause the residents here are a bit on the older side. Not saying that's a bad thing, just that there aren't very many people my age. Our neighbor from downstairs is a NIGHTMARE. I don't think I've ever met any one quite like her, she's had it in for since day one but what can you do. The floor isn't very well insulated so you can easily hear people walking around in their apartments, but I guess she just doesn't really want to listen to reason. All in all it's a decent place to live if you want something relatively cheap. Also keep in mind that these apartments were built back in the 80's so the appliances are kind of dated. Also, they don't come standard with a microwave. They have lots of lease term options which is a good thing. Hope this helps someone.
