I have lived here since November 2007 and I plan on renewing my lease again for another year. These apartments are usually very quiet and I have never had a problem with my neighbors. The pool is a good size and the staff is great. They know me by name and are always happy to see me since I see them almost everyday due to the fact that I recieve alot of packages. Parking is kinda crappy but they do offer reserved parking for a monthly fee of I think $25 which really isn't bad. Grounds staff are very nice and if you make nice they will help you go with ANYTHING really. One complaint I do have is that in the back court yard I noticed a dingy mattress lying on the ground for 4 days before I had to call someone to come pick it up! At times when they have the lawn cut, the guys cut off the heads of the sprinklers so that when the sprinklers come on at night it's like a huge geyser! Other than that, the apartments are spacious and the one bed/bath is great for a student or just single person. I would reccomend!
