I love grace. she was awesome.. so is steve. If anything was ever broken.. they had it done in the next hour.. which is more than I can say for any apartment i've ever lived in.
I agree that there were car break ins.. i think it happend 3 times i had a 9 month lease.. I was lucky.. parking was tough sometimes.. i ended up parking across the street.
I was shown a model apartment before i moved in.. and didn't realize the one i signed for had the rail road tracks in front of it. That was upsetting. But.. it only went twice a day.. once in the morning.. as my alarm clock for the 8 o clock.. and once at night..
the ac/heater couldn't equalize.. it kept frosting my windows.. and the door was soaking in it if you know what i mean.. i think it was potential for mold.
the a/c did drip.. but it was solved as soon as I asked managment..
it was easy to get to campus and back on the bus stop in front of the apartments..
Oh.. and there was no light filtering into the living room.. just into the bedroom.. because i didn't realize i got the place under the stairs.. windows are no good in the shadows
If you're thinking of moving in.. be sure to look around the property for a good room.. all the other issues can be solved w/ managment.. except the car breakins.. but then again.. you live on airport.. it's student housing in the ghetto..
