I lived here for nine months and was pleased with my experience. The pool is GREAT (one for each of the 2 buildings). The management is much better than I've received at other places. The maintenance men are very friendly and always repair things asap. My favorite part was the fact that they pay AC. The rent is good for the location...anything closer to campus is even more expensive. I did hear about some car burglaries so don't leave valuables in your car. Also, I lived on the side right next to the railroad tracks, but I got used to it. It only came by twice a day, and I learned to sleep through it most of the time. Right on UT shuttle!
