First, the staff here is great and accommodating. When you have a problem with the apt and turn in a work order, it usually gets fixed the same day; the maintenance staff is cool, too.

The A/C unit is way outdated and breaks down ALOT. It is often not cool enough. The heat kind of sucks because Austin winters aren't cold enough to justify having it on all day. You can't really turn it off either because even though it says "Off" the place says hot. So, during the day you are burning up.

The trains are literally right next to the building and are so loud... got use to sleeping through them at 6am on Sundays, but it's still a nuisance.

Not the safest place for your car for two reasons. The parking spaces are way too small so these wannabe frat jerks with their trucks and SUVs leave little dings in your car. There are several break-ins every semester, too.
