These apartments were terrible. They pay a/c and heat but that's because there really isn't a/c or heat. We used the oven as the heater nearly all winter because seriously, the heater did not work. There were 2-3 windows that would never close. They never fixed them. The water in the shower would randomly scald you or shoot you with ice-cold water. There's a train about 15 feet away from the apartment complex that goes by regularly. The walls are incredibly thin. We could hear the people below us loud and clear. Things almost never got fixed. They closed off huge sections of the parking lot while working on the roof, and even without having sections of it closed off there isn't always adequate parking. And the size of the spots is ridiculous. Just about the only reason to move here is because of the pools.
