I have lived here 2 years and have loved these apartments! The maintenance is prompt to fix things when you call in. The grounds are well kept. Parking can be difficult and it isn't a good idea to park on the street because of occasional break-ins, but it is a safe neighbor hood. UT students couldn't be happier because the shuttle route picks you up literally at your front door. A/C is included which really helps and the rent is relatively low. HUGE wall to wall closets in many of the floorplans.
