love TWN. it's the first stop on the RR UT shuttle so you always get a seat. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes, but never more than 15 and it drops you right in the middle of campus. On-site management works really hard and they take rent up to about 3-4 days late without penalties. Central air/heat are both free so you can run them 24/7 which is great in Texas. The walls are decently thick between apartments so noise isn't much of an issue. The maintenance guy is great, I always see him working on stuff and he's always gotten to our problems within a week. My room always has food lying around and is kinda dirty (our fault) and i've never seen bugs outside of some occasional flies, and the management reimburses you if you have to call an exterminator. Parking is plentiful outside of saturday nights but theres street parking nearby and you can always just double park room mates, plus management is really cool about handing out parking permits for weekends and weekdays. Gas/trash/air is paid for, and water is evenly billed out to all residents, so the only real bill you have is electric and cable. appliances all work just fine, plenty of room, all in all a really nice place.
