where do i begin. yes, the car break ins suck. mine has been broken into and noone seemed to care when i told them. parking is ridiculous. i have to park up to 2 blocks aways sometimes depending on when i get home. maintenence issues such as terrible leaks in my closet are inconvenient and the staff says there is nothing they can do. i get up to over a GALLON of dirty water leaking into the my closet if its raining hard or the AC is on high. They knew about the issue and there was no warning when i moved in. My job portfolios and other valuables were destroyed, again, noone cared. they have gotten better about shutting the water off without warning though. rent is going up with no improved quality. washer/dryers frequently break, one was broken for 6 months and noone fixed it, leaving 3 washers for the whole building. i have waited up to a month for a simple maintenence request to be answered. a few of the small apts have up to 5 or 6 people living in them. they are loud and leave things out in the common area. i havent taken a comfortable shower since i moved in, no matter what time of day, the temperature shifts dramatically. again, there "is nothing they can do." It seems like the only thing they can do around here is tow your car or raise the rent.
