Stay away. I had to live with an AC unit that leaked rusty water for a year. It took them a year to replace it only after it completely flooded my apartment when I was away on vacation. When I came home everything on the floor what soaked and covered with mold and stained with rust. They refused to compensate me for lost property. Apartments are not safe. My unit was broken into and now my front door barely shuts. I repeatedly get strangers knocking at my door at night asking for money offering some lame excuse like they ran out of gas and just need a couple bucks. And, they will force you to extend your lease if you don't give them your 60 days written move-out notice even a couple days within that time. I can't wait to leave. My experience hear has been horrible. There are much better options out there for a much cheaper price.
