This place is scary Lakequest Properties is the worst. I have so many things wrong with my Unit I have requested them to fix my air conditioner which is from the 1960s. They dont know how to fix a thing my air conditioning bill is like $300.00. It is so overpriced currently paying 925.00 plus there ultilities which our around 80.00 a month for what i dont know the pool just recently had the health Department sign on the gate stating dont go in because the plumbing is so bad and the laundry room is so dirty you will be lucky to get some clean clothes out of it I am moving as soon as I find another place BEWARE THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD
