Nice neighborhoodly feel because it is surrounded by houses in the Hyde Park Area. Close to campus and about 1 block from Intramural Fields Bus Stop. Excellent A/C, covered parking, garbage disposal, dishwasher. A/C bill pretty expensive though ($85-120/mo)! Nice atrium area. Only time could hear apartment noise was when apartment straight in front of our apartment had a party (sounds carries from the front and back, but not from sides).
