DO NOT RENT FROM TELLURIDE. My place was trashed the day I moved in. The blinds were broken and most of them were on the floor. There was green paint all over the walls. My door to the patio could not be used. They charged me for water bills I had already paid. I replaced light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries before I moved out. Later they sent me a bill. Some of the items included charges for replacing batteries and bulbs. I refused to pay and they sent it to collections. Numerous people in my complexe had big problems with managent. I HATE TELLURIDE!

Wow.... can't believe this is still here after how many years!!!! They are not under the same managment Company. This needs to be removed to reflect the present.
