I've lived here for two years. The old management was fairly incompetent. The new management is great! They have repainted, maintained the yard, put in a grill, put in a doggy bag dispenser and recepticle, and are going to install a new, bigger bike rack! Everytime I talk to Tim he is super nice and attentive. I think they actually care about their tenants and doing their job!
