I had no problems with the maintenance but I was assaulted by another resident while living there, this happened outside in the parking lot, and management refused to kick him out, insisting he was leaving "in a few weeks anyway." Meanwhile I was afraid for my life. Lots of crime and dont even think about walking out at night alone. They do not do criminal background checks as they claim. I never had problems with water leaks but then I lived on the 3rd floor with no one above me.
