When I signed my contract originally the agreed price/month was $390. They changed this by filling in blanks on the document and rent is now $400. They did not get my initials or my approval for this which seems to me rather illegal. They can't even keep track of my rent checks which means I have to go to the office and talk to monkey brained idiots who do not even bother to keep decent records. I also had plumbing problems upon first moving in. I suggest living somewhere else
