So far so good and I'm quite happy where I'm at...... From: Meems Date posted: 1/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I've lived here since 06/02. I've been quite happy w/the staff and maintenance people (very friendly, I must say). I have a gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bath. It's spacious, but I do wish my master bedroom was just a little bit bigger though, since my king-size bed is a bit oversized than normal king-size beds. :( Beautiful view of the scenery/wildlife. There is a river/stream somewhere back at the complex and I just love hearing the water running through when I'm sitting outside in my patio. It's so relaxing. As for the T.V. cable and internet service (Satellite Direct T.V. and Broadband) we have here...YES, it sure is a BIG disappointment...but rumor has it that we will have different services very soon...Gee, I sure hope this is so true!!! I will not deny that it's very pricey though. I had to pay a hefty downpayment and in order for me to get it back, I have to live here for about (I think) six years or so. For the price I'm paying I think I should deserve to get a detached garage. ;) I highly recommend those who can afford it to come check it out.
