Horrible management, horrible parking, Overloaded garbages!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Pros: The location is nice and in proximity to major shopping centers and provides easy access to major roads and highways. Beautiful landscaping, and wildlife (sure, if you're fond of opossums and raccoons in your trash!) Cons: I hated coming home around 10:30p from work and finding there are no more parking spaces left in front of my building. I would end up circling around the parking lot for 5-10min and parking at the other side of the complex and walking 10-15min from my car to the apartment. You see tons of cars parked on Fire Lanes and Handicapped spaces because there were no regular spaces left! Also, for the amount of money we are paying, I would expect a workable gate AND management who would have better customer service and better attitudes. I dreaded going to that office whenever I needed anything! TO tell you the truth, the maintenance had better inviting attitudes than those women in the leasing office!!!!
