Gables Management were LIARS From: bostonnow Date posted: 7/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005 1 response   I moved out in February of 05, PAID them to clean my carpet and worked hard to leave my apartment in 99% almost perfect condition. If the same crew are there today, make sure to do a walk through before you move out so you don't get stabbed in the back like I did. They LIED and told people I left trash behind and did "all this damage" when it was carpet that was going to be replaced anyway. AND I gave John the nice nice maintenance guy a shelf he could use. I had what I thought to be a great relationship with Toni and team, but when I took a new job in MA and had to move they slandered me regarding my money owed and damage claimed. Which reminds me, I need to file a complaint against them....and yes, watch out for the silverfish. I brought them all the way to Boston with me.
